Service Requests
A service request is subject to technician availability and confirmation of the service location and appliance details.
Inspection and Repair
Inspection/visit charges, where applicable, cover the technician visit and initial assessment. Repair labour and replacement parts may be charged separately and will be discussed before proceeding.
Parts
Replacement parts, if required, depend on availability and compatibility. Any applicable part cost should be confirmed before replacement.
Brand Relationship
We are an independent service provider and do not claim manufacturer authorization unless explicitly stated and verifiable.
